Shih-Huai Liang

Born in Taipei, Taiwan. Shih-Huai began his ballet training at Taipei National University of the Arts and Le Studio 62. He began studying at Kirov Ballet Academy under Anatoli Kuturk in 2004. In 2007, Shih-Huai participated in the New York International Ballet Competition and signed a contract with the Universal Ballet Company. Within the same company, he was promoted to demi-soloist in 2014 and to soloist in 2015. 

In 2016, Shih-Huai moved to the Royal New Zealand Ballet as a soloist and has performed as a lead dancer in works by Roland Petit, Liam Scarlett, and Alexander Ekman. 


In 2017, he launched the "Master Class Project," inviting celebrities from around the world and focusing on training the next generation.
 

In 2018, Shih-Huai returned to Universal Ballet, where he danced in numerous works. From 2023, he has began working as a guest artist to make appearances in performances around the world.
