Japan Ballet Theatre welcomes you to our online community and digital information network. If you no long wish to be a member, patron, partner, or sponsor, you may terminate your account with us by sending an email to japanballettheatreofficial@gmail.com or using the contact us page on the website. If you wish to revise the terms of an ongoing donation or writ of direction, you can also contact us for that. If you no longer accept the terms and conditions that are affiliated with patronage, sponsorship, internship, volunteering, or partnership, or any future modification of these terms and conditions, you must cease usage of the Japan Ballet Theatre website. Continued use of the JBT website indicates that you have continued to accept the terms and conditions.
If, for any reason, we feel that you are not complying with these aforementioned terms and conditions, we may, at any time and at our sole discretion, cancel a member’s access to the registration areas of the website, including access to audition registration, the blog, and the member’s portal, immediately and without prior notification.
JBT also reserves the right to terminate any registered account at our sole discretion.
Content & Intellectual Property Disclosure
All Japan Ballet Theatre content, including all copyrighted material, archives, media, links, marks, designs, patents, or any other intellectual property rights (both registered and unregistered) are to be upheld on this website. All content on the website belong to JBT and/or third parties that have sponsored the content. Japan Ballet Theatre reserves all rights. Nothing in the terms and conditions grants users, such as the present reader, a right or license to use any trademark, copyright, design, or other intellectual property that is owned and/or controlled by JBT and/or any third party except for material where this is otherwise noted.
